Apply for help
Read first before submitting an application
The application process is as follows:
1. Read our general eligibility guidelines below.
2. Identify the area(s) where you need help. If you need help in multiple areas, you will fill out ONE application for all requests.
3. BEFORE filling out an application, please read our guidelines about each need by going to the drop-down menu below and clicking on that need. Each support area has its own set of guidelines and requirements.
4. Fill out the application when you have the time to do it. The application is thorough and takes time and focus to complete. Getting all the critical information up front helps us help you and saves time in the future.
5. Just because you fill out an application does not mean you will receive assistance. We receive more requests than we can fund. We help as many pet families as we can.
6. We are not equipped to respond to emergencies. Once you fill out an application, you will be notified as quickly as possible. Depending on demand for services and when your application was submitted (weekends, holidays), it can take several days to receive a response. We understand this may be a stressful time. Thank you for your patience.
